Cyrena is an accomplished clinician who has over 20 years of experience working with youth and families. Throughout her years, she has held many roles within the New Jersey Children's System of Care.

Cyrena has a Master of Social Worker (MSW) and is pursuing a Doctoral degree in Social Work (DSW).

Her passion for Social Justice and equality drives her work with children and families. She works to bring healing to children and families who have been through traumatic or stressful experiences, so that they can find a healthy perception of themselves and strengthen their relationships in all areas of their lives.

Cyrena believes that mental health inequalities have increased and are quite apparent in today's society. Systemic oppression and generational trauma are deterrents for an individual's optimal growth. Therefore, the ability to create sustainable change regarding mental health is of great importance. It is with this attitude that Cyrena guides Create Change Wellness Center to embody social justice, multiculturalism, and competency in the services we provide.
